At Bozeman Rental Cars / Phasmid Rentals we try hard to make the process of renting a car as painless as possible. Gone are the days of waiting in line, searching a parking lot for your rental, and not receiving the rental car that you booked. We work on your schedule, not vice versa. Bozeman Rental Cars greets guests arriving at BZN at the baggage claim with a placard, helps with your luggage to your rental car waiting right out front, and drops you off right at the BZN Departures terminal at the end of your trip. Once you rent with us, you will not rent a car from any other company.

How it works:

+  You call, email, or book the vehicle online providing a 15% credit card deposit and provide your flight arrival and departure information.

+  Upon your arrival, a company representative will meet you at the base of the escalators as you head towards baggage claim at the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport at Gallatin Field (BZN).

+  We help with your luggage out to your rental car waiting just outside of the arrivals terminal and drive you back to the Phasmid office, 1.7 miles away.

+  We fill out the paperwork (pretty much just a signature), provide you with maps, recommendations, camping gear, bear spray, GPS, or anything else you may need.

+  Off you go to explore Montana.

+  On your departure day, you stop by the office on the way to the airport and settle-up. A representative will then drive you to BZN, help with your luggage to the check-in area, and say goodbye.

We are also willing to pick-up/ drop-off our guests from local hotels, residences, or businesses at no extra charge as well as arrange for delivery of vehicles to Big Sky or other areas. You can be assured that we will never try to upsell you on products you do not need or do not want, and that we will always provide extensive traveler's information for those who with in a low-pressure, pleasant environment.
